• When will my poster arrive?
• Orders within the UK should arrive within 48 hours (2 days) of despatch, possibly 4 days for Northern Ireland. From experience orders going outside the UK usually arrive within 7 to 14 days of despatch and these orders are usually despatched the next working day.
  Please look at the table below to give you some sort of Idea when you Poster will arrive.
  We try our best to get your poster/s to you in these times if not faster but in some cases it has taken up to 21 days to arrive but this has only happened when delivery is out of the UK.
  And we must stress these are times are only a guides, and are not guaranteed. In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive with in 14 days of the date of Payment please contact us at info@lovingmystuff.co.uk If you have not received any emails from us it means that your emails are being bounced by your ISP. • How are your Posters sent?

• Your Poster/s will arrive rolled in a Plastic sleeve and in a heavy duty postal tube.

• Can I have a Refund or exchange my Poster/s?

• We offer a no questions refund policy minus Postage Costs, and exchange of poster, BUT the poster/s we have sent you must be returned and in sellable condition.

• The Poster/s I ordered arrived damaged or do not what should I do?

• In the unlikely event of your Poster/s arrive damaged please email us as soon as possible we will offer you a replacement of damaged, If they do not arrive then we will ask for an alternative address and we will obtain a certificate of posting, should they not arrive at that address, then they have been lost or stolen and we will not take any further action. Please note this does not include (Promotional or Originals) as they are not in reproduction.
